Mazda 2 brake rotors?

+1 nice wheels. 225's on 8"? cool. 185's on 10"? if you insist.

Mazda 2 brake rotors?

postby RevolverRob » 02/04/14 @ 22:52

Wife's Mz2 needs rotors, because she managed to roast and warp the right front brake rotor.

Any recommendations? (Derrick, looking at you!).

whoa, just looked it up, mz2 rotors cost more than miata sports rotors.

Personally I like centric premiums. Don't see how you could go wrong with them, they're fairly affordable, the hats resists corrosion, and so far seem pretty resistant to warping. I warped my stockers after 1 autox season. Got a season on the centrics, no signs of warping. A friend with same car got a set around same time as me, he got the c-teks (same rotor, no coating on hats), his have survived an autox season + track day every other month, he's on more aggressive pads than me. Also, no signs of warping.
Life is simple, you make choices, you don't look back.

Price on rotors for Mz2 and MS3 is ridiculous.

I was thinking Centric premium blanks, but was wondering if any had other suggestions.

Gotta get the tax return so I can pull the trigger on parts.

Centric blanks $91.99 for a pair is what we charge. Slotted are $159.99 for the pair.

If you are down with it our Mazda 2 pads are really good too.
