ingredients - chicken breasts/tenders, flour tortillas, minced garlic, lime juice, paprika, veggies (use whatever you want. more on this later), salsa, mexican cheese
preheat oven to 350.
cut chicken into tenders and put them in a pan with a little bit of oil and whatever seasoning you like. i used paprika, minced garlic, and lime juice.
cook until done, but still juicy.
set chicken aside to sautee veggies in chicken juice (yep).
i used green peppers, red peppers, and onions. sautee until they're moist, but not mushy.
combine chicken into sautee pan.
add cheese and salsa as well.
heat that shit up for a few minutes.

by this time, your oven will have preheated.
add contents to tortillas and roll.
put a little bit of salsa on the bottom of the casserole dish.
place rolled enchiladas in casserole dish.
cover with salsa and cheese.
place in over for 10-15 minutes.

take em out and eat that shit.
